We ship with DHL and Aramex. We guarantee delivery to your doorstep.
We don't accept returnsn but we do better! If you are not satisfied with your order we may offer a full or partial refund according to each case. with some products like underwear or custom made orders we can't accept returns. Please contact us If you have any problem with your order.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. We can't accept cancellation after product is shipped to you. Please contact us If you want to cancel an order.
We offer a full refund If the order wasn't delivered to the address you have provided upon checkout. In this case we will revise tracking number to make sure that it doesn't show delivery. If the tracking number shows delivery we can't offer a refund. In case of refusing delivery by the buyer for any reason we also can't offer a refund. Please contact us If your order hasn't arrived.
If your order arrived completely or partially damaged please contact us and provide photos that show the damage and we will compensate you either by full or partial refund according to the damage.
Import fees are taxes imposed by the buyer's country. We have no control over this fees nor we can predict it. Paying this fees is the buyr's responibility and it is not included in the price on our website. In case you choosed not to pay them it is considered a refusal of delivery and we can't offer a refund in this case.
